Had a lovely time with the courteous front office staff and enjoyed sleeping in late to catch breakfast before 10 AM! I really loved the sauna and cozy leisure room for relaxation. The guest room was a bit small, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. 😊

I almost woudl have written a good review, but sadly, I was met with a old, collapsing mattress. The reception staff was ubelievably unhelpful, seriously lacking good manners. Where is the complimentary welcome gift? A little less attitude from the unprofessional staff would ve been greatly appreciated!

Amazing hotel! Immaculately clean, comfy king size bed, and incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. They even offered us a beer past closing time!

The beds are not up to par. some are old and uncomfortable, and pillows are too soft. The lack of air conditioning means discomfort in warmer weather, as you have to keep windows open, bringing in outside noise. The heating is centrally controlled, leaving you with little option to adjust room temperature, and the room decor feels outdated with faux marble and leather finishes.
